By accessing and using Terrasatch, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Terrasatch for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Safety Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Terrasatch and AvyTS are decision-support tools, not substitutes for professional avalanche education, proper training, and sound judgment. Always follow local advisories, travel with certified instruction, and use appropriate safety equipment. The Company is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from use of this platform.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on Terrasatch are provided on an 'as is' basis. Terrasatch makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
5. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Terrasatch or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Terrasatch.
